Celebrate the official opening of the exhibitions hosted at the Central Library, alongside the launch of the Cape Town Photo Festival catalogue.

Festival guests, Mercè Alsina and Enric Mauri will introduce the Spanish festival, Panoràmic Arts and Visual Cultures. Taking the bicentennial of photography as its point of departure, the festival’s theme “Burning with Desire” invites a reflection on the role of images in shaping contemporary sensibilities.
